I offer 1:1 psychological therapies for adults. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space in which my clients can feel safe to explore their difficulties and make changes.
After a detailed assessment, I will develop a tailored treatment plan with you. This will be based on evidence-based and recommended therapeutic approaches, as well as your personal needs and preferences.
My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is recommended in the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines for many common mental health difficulties. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and will integrate these different approaches to best meet your needs.
